Vilaya Sambodhini

Imperfections are the natural state. Desires create such imperfections. Through desires conflicts occur. So, conflicts are also part of natural state, they are the results of imperfections. Rising above imperfections is possible by following Dharma. Adhyatmikam which literally means “Research of Aatma” is the journey from the state of imperfection to the state of perfection. Through Adhyatmikam people learn the skill of ‘Layam’ which is the ability of weaving ourselves into the situation, like a musician and come in synchrony with situation and create symphony. This ability gives people to use synchrony as an approach for solving external conflicts. Conflicts are like cacophony, which occurs when actions are not rhythmic and multiple rhythms are conflicting one another. This symphony in Life can be achieved through Sadhana. People who are Sadhakas can win over Vikaras. People who practice sadhana, drift towards perfection and achieve Sampathi. All Humans want to live peaceful lives but due to imperfections created through identity and institution (or lack of it) they get into conflicts and suffer its consequences, and the problems created through it. Problems are of 4 types:
  1. Which can be solved immediately when attempted with right knowledge and skill. 2. Which need some time to solve even with right knowledge and skill.
  2. Which needs long time to solve due to lack of right knowledge and skill at that time.
  3. Which cannot be solved and needs to be eradicated or endure them.
Through ever flowing creativity and expansion, we can rise above imperfections and solve problems. Getting acceleration and velocity in your life can happen when you take a no resistance flight while attempting the solutions, which is the path of flying over desires and possibly not getting involved into conflicts. There can be multiple methods for making the problems irrelevant or dissolving (Vilayam) them. We will discuss about 6 of such strategies:
  1. Vamana Method: A Narrow mind/life gets struck in situations with no visible solution to come out of it. An expansive mind/life can consume every situation due to its capability to grows bigger and bigger out of the situation and the problem becomes irrelevant by itself. Overwhelmed by this growth, problems may even requests by itself to be consumed. Vamana literally means small manas. In this avatar, Vamana expands by taking 3 unexpected special sequential steps and consumes the problem, hence he is called TriVikrama. Expansions are of 3 types called Krama meaning an Expected Sequence, ViKrama meaning Unexpected Special Sequence and ParaKrama which means Invisible or Divine Sequence.
  2. Narada Muni Method: Narada is called Triloka Sanchari. He is a great Rishi who is constantly doing Chaaram in all Three Lokas. He has great knowledge and latest happening information of these 3 Lokas. He will be present at right place at right time when there is a need to do Deva Karya. The Story of Ramayana happens because Narada Muni interacts with Valmiki near Ayodhya when Valmiki is searching for purpose. Prahallada is born as the progeny of the problem itself when Devatas wanted. Such is the way of Narada who has the knowledge of happenings around. Just the presence of Narada will change the direction of the situation.
  3. River Method: As per scriptures, the River Ganga was neither brought for solving water problem in a desert nor there was a situation of draught in that region. Bhagiratha has brought the Ganga for moksha of his ancestors; the underlining meaning of this story startles an enquiring mind. Why should a great king bring a river for solving the ancestral curse. Even though the attempt was made by his predecessors, only Bhagiratha succeeds, why? I don’t want to go into the Bhagiratha aspect. I would like to focus on the strategy of River used as a metaphor to represent a stream which is ever flowing and ever nourishing. Water through the River is the source for unobstructable growth, continuously nourishing, growing food and life. By bringing down a River, Bhagiratha has ensured a continuous stream of resource rich source of wealth for growth of his clan about which his unsatisfied ancestors have worked for. River strategy (Ganga Avataranam) is very important event in the Clan of Ikshvaku.
  4. Gravitational Points: Gravitational Point is an influential power center which may be an invisible force for binding scattered energies. Sanskrit word for English word Gravitational Force is Gurutva Akarshana. Guru means overwhelming attracting forces which cannot be ignored, it defines the conduct in its influence. Lack of Guru is what creates the scattered energies, like the absence of Sun will scatter the Solar system. All structure is erected and sustained on such a support. Sometimes a structure may look massive and complicated, but the underlying support may be invisible or may look negligible and irrelevant for people who do not know about it. This specifically applies more to metaphysical institutions and to physical structures too. Presence of a gravitational point avoids many problems which may arise due to the chaos created by its absence. All Chaos can be solved by consecrating a gravitational point.
  5. Nama Rupa Anchor: Identification conceives the creation of physical or metaphysical forms. For example, Identifying Sun as Bhaskara, which is derived from the word Bha, connects an individual to a web of Bha interrelated topics (forms). This helps in understanding a wider web of concepts with less complexity. This is also like calling a function through its name in software coding, just calling a name derives a bigger form of code which is described at other places. In this way, a web of interrelated codes called a program is run. Identification mistakes lead to misunderstanding and complexity. This leads to inefficiencies in execution and wastage of time and resources , ultimately causing us to become entangled in problems arising from wrong identification.
  6. Shiva Linga Intuition: Action by itself is inert. All actions are perfect by themselves. Creation of a situation happens due to the Reaction for an action. It is the reaction which creates imperfections. Creation is a phenomenon of actions and reactions which is called nature. When the perception of creation and human inner consciousness merge together, then enlightenment happens for such a human. An enlightened human sees creation as a play of actions and reactions with this consciousness called Moksha. Such an intuition ability gives an individual to give right direction through his reaction/inaction for an action, which results in the ability of controlling the creation of situations around him.
