Language – The essence of Individual and Social existence

Language is the basis of institutions, using which experiences are communicated institutionalized, Sustained and Propagated. The word “Bhasha” is created from the root word “Bha” and it literally means knowledge. Creation and spread of institutions including Samskaras of an individual, happen through the ideas which are articulated as vocabulary, which will be established as knowledge, guiding and setting the framework for civilizational existence. The word Prapancham literally means, the existence which is created or perceived through the 5 sense organs. Data collected through these Panchendriyas creates Prapancham. Internalization of such data collection will be different for different individuals, which happens due to Prarabdham. This internalization creates Lokam (14 types of Lokas). The language with vocabulary, an individual hears or speaks, the expression, choices, tastes, actions and reactions given for such actions etc is all defined through Lokam such an individual is in, which is created through the Prapancham. The language and expression formed through these Prapancham and Lokam, expressed through physical actions like body language is termed as Vyakti. What an individual express, may be about himself or appreciating, praising or accusing others etc, it is all reflections of himself which is born out of his own Lokam, this is called Vyaktikarana.

For many the Prapancham is the limited boundary of what they see, hear, smell, Taste and touch/feel. They just take things in limited Raw form, which is articulated through language. In such case, the Prapancham of such people will be small because they collected less data using their 5 senses. But there will be few intellectuals who go past this boundary of limited data collection and through their buddhi create Lokam and articulate it by going over and above the structure of existing vocabulary and create new perspective.

Language expressed by people has 2 paths:
  1. Which dies out at the event when it is spoken after the listener hears and understands the meaning of it.
  2. Which travels as thought and knowledge and sustains in your memory for long time.

Its takes tapas shakti to articulate in the second category of expression and create alternative perspectives, which is basically the reflection of internalization of individual through evolved intelligence. Having an influencing oratory expression with deeper standards of expression is not possible for everyone. They can have the refined expression, which can create impact on listeners, only when such an individual is resolved and rooted. Such resolved people can Talk subjectively which transcends time and travels with you, which is always applicable, guides you at multiple situations. Such a speech becomes mantra, which is very influential, it is a siddhi achieved through samskaras. The depth of such an expression is what defines the depth of character of such an individual. What an individual can express is what he perceives. People may feel they know something, but until they are not able to articulate it in a way which transcends Desha, Kaalam and Paatra, they don’t know enough of it. Such a knowledge even if exists, exists in the form of experience, which needs expression to come into existence. This is the reason Saraswati is the Devi of Literature and Brahma is the knowledge.

Lokas called Bhaavajaalam and Matam are created through vocabulary. This strategy is widely used in Tantra vidya, in controlled form by well aware people, for creation of Lokam for specific uses. People and groups live in their exclusive Lokas which are generated through Bhaavajaalam or Matam or the web of opinionated vocabulary. Only the ones which have tangible visible physical result throughout Desha, Kaala and Paatrata, can sustain such Lokas as living outer reality over a time period. But hysteric conversational Vocabulary may also be perceived as intellectual thought by people, and they may live in such Lokam. Story of Madhu Kaitabha in Devi Bhagavatam is about such language vocabulary, which is chaotic, meaningless and which disturbs, like the sound of a bee in the ear. Such a meaningless vocabulary has the power of disturbing the sanity of minds. Such vocabulary, which is not rooted in Dharma cannot sustain and cannot create meaningful outcome. Like other animal who can make sounds but cannot create an institution out of language. They do not have any influential institutions. Civilization not formed for them, because they do not have evolved language for institutionalized communication and organizing. Language should define structure, it should be used to communicate and propagate, to create an outcome. It should create and bring strength of compounding, which is required to create impact for bigger achievement. Changing the language changes the character of human and society, because the word Vyakti means what he expresses. By changing vocabulary, we can change what he expresses called Vyaktikarana and in turn change the human thought and behavior.
